It's working - I just did it and my avitar has appeared on all my posts.
Try the Korea FAQ forum and read: How to - Avatars, type in Korean with English Windows, |

Thanks man, but still doesn't work.
I'm putting in the URL to call the art from my server:
http://cdn.digitalcity.com/promo/jumpforjoy
I hit "submit" and it just refreshes the page. No changes made. Nuttin. |

As you can see above, the link you are providing is somehow not a true image link. A direct link to an image should end with either .jpg or .gif or something like that. I don't really understand what is going on here either, because when you click on that link, it does take you directly to an image. And because Internet Explorer isn't letting me view the source code of that page, I assume it is in fact a real image and not an html file that has nothing but one image on it.
Maybe your provider has some clever mechanism to prevent hotlinking. Is there any way to get a URL (address) that ends with a file extension (jpg) ?
otherwise: www.photobucket.com |

Lifelike,
What site are you using to host your pictures?
Try uploading to <www.villagephotos.com> and using the picture address - from that site - of the one you want to use (it does have to be a JPG or GIF file). |

Woo hoo! Got it using your village photos recommendation. Thanks.
I was using my company's in-house art server, which I guess wasn't allowing this site access. Interesting.
Anyway, thanks again. |

See how the url ends in .jpg on the one you now have working compared to the one that was not? Pretty sure it has to have one of those (image file extension on the end) to work with the [/img] thingy. |
