I saw the biggest roach I've ever seen crawling on a bottle in a bar today. It was much bigger than my thumb. Scared the hell out of me! |

Never smoked it. Have no interest in smoking it. I grew up in an area where people who did were considered low class losers.
And no, I'm not Canadian. |

Try living on the equator at sea level.
You'll have a whole new perspective on the meaning of the words big roach.
Or any other bug for that matter. |

Man I remember the roaches in Poland you could drop a cast iron frying pan on it and the frying pan would still move. They were abnormal size. |

They must've been female weightlifting roaches on growth hormones.
And don't blame me that E Europe hasn't come up with any new stereotypes to make fun of in the last 20 years. |

I second the post about equatorial roaches. The ones I hate most are the ones that have multicoloured bits on their wings in Malaysia. When you squash them they splatter everywhere.
I never saw anything like that in Korea. |

I've got these things in my apartment. They weren't there initially. I just started seeing them in the last month or so... some of which are huge, requiring me to strike them two or three times for good measure. I've thought about requesting another apartment after concluding that bug spray isn't helping... are roaches pretty common for everyone? |

Use those bug bomb things. Should give you a respite for a while.
I lived in two apartments in Busan. The first one was on the second floor of a building and I never saw in roach in over 1 year. the second was on the 15th floor and the place was infested with them.
Its all about luck. |
