Can't make out the language, wanna be sure before I think of this as a Korean teacher, which is what it looks like to me...

Is this a Korean teacher in a Korean classroom?

I couldn't make out the language either, though I'm pretty sure it's either Japan or Korea.

Yeh, thats Korea. That clip came out maybe a year ago & caused a fair bit of outrage. The teacher, as I recall, was fired.

Much debate at the time about corporal punishment but it still goes on. I've seen kids in my school face-slapped, have a stick taken to the calves, etc. But that guy was just brutal.

Jokaroo? Not funny, I'd say.

Just for the record, I do not think it's funny at all - I cannot rename the website from which it came:(

I told a few of my students about that video and they laughed. Three middle school girls. I thought maybe they didn't understand, so I physically demonstrated the way he did it, and they thought it was quite amusing. I guess they have been corrupted by the Ǹ!

Yes, but look on the bright side. Maybe one day she will go to a college or university in Korea.

Then she can"

1. Skip class.

2. Talk on a cell phone in class.

3. Put on her make up over and over again in class.

4. Send and receive cell phone emails in class.

5. Sit in the back of the class and sleep.

6. Take part in loud conversations with her friends during class.

7. Cheat on exams.

8. Break no smoking rules.

9. Use the floor as an ashtray.

10. Spit all over the place.

11. Deserve an "F". but still get at least a "D" and then maybe even a higher grade during "begging week".

Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad AND AS WE ALL KNOW, IT'S TRUE Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

OK... Maybe I'm just a terrible person, but what if she called his mother a "*beep*?" What if she said, "You can't knock me out! I'm a black belt in Tae Kwon Do!" What if she...

Ah hell...

He's a moron... I can't be that cold-hearted...
