geoje-do? as in koje-do? near busan?
i'd say take a KTX to busan. that should run you about 90,000 return (i think, i don't have time to check the train website).
then i bet there's a bus from busan.
someone who posts here regularly lives on geoje-do... i don't remember who. |

I think Van Islander lives down there. And Shawner once lived down there, too. Might try PMing those guys.
According to the ol' LP guide, ferries run between Busan and the island eight times daily. There's also bus service to Seoul, though I don't know which station.
My sugggestion would be to ring 1330, the information number for foreigners in Korea. It's proven helpful on occasion. |

Best bet would be to go to the Express bus station in Gangnam...there should be a bus to Tongyeong at least every hour....then it is very close to Koeje island
