probably from me. The only diff is that people ignore them when I post them cos I'm an extremist.

I already posted about ten vids of
*carbombings
*ambushes
*Snipers getting shot
*Interviews with insurgents
*spy vids from inside mosques featuring some extreme sermons
*beheadings

etc etc.

But it takes a liberal to have cred.

ok..some interesting ones on here-

I usually use the computer to study or work and I get bored quite often, plus I stay away from partisan sites. I find quite a bit on Wikipedia as well. Actually I found something really good there today but it's a secret for about two more days. Wink
Washington Post is going to have two more videos on related subjects tomorrow and the next day. I love how they have the videos imbedded into the site as there's nothing worse than having to use somethng gay like Realplayer. I've taken it off my computer.

That was a good video. I've seen this guy on TV as an 'expert' they call in for commentary. He's always insightful.

Thank you for my Sunday morning chuckle, rapier:

From my perspective, it isn't the videos of these atrocities that was central to what the guy was saying. He was talking about the perception that Moslems are getting via the internet that the West is corrupting their culture and they can 'win' by blowing themselves up. I felt his key point was said just before the end: it went something like this--"The last thing we want to do is push the moderate Moslems or those on the edge, over to the extremists". My observation is that 99% of what you say is designed to do exactly that. OK, I'm exaggerating. Only 97%.

Another thing. He mentioned shutting down these sites only to have more pop up the next day and the matter of free speech. Another of these experts was on and said it may be wiser to leave them alone so they can be monitored more easily rather than shut them down and then go search for the new ones.

The weirdest thing on the video: the server was in North Carolina. ! ! !

I also like how this has been his specialty since 1996.

Exactly. And the sad thing is that if you recognize this danger and speak out against proposals/policies which engender it you get labelled "Liberal" and soft on terrorism. Refusing to look at the consequences of our actions and smoothering debate on how to deal with terrorism also play into the hands of extremeists. Sad and frustrating that some here can't see this.

Even if the west pulled out of Iraq and Afghanistan, stopped supporting israel, and allowed in even more muslim immigrants, do you think the attacks would stop? No.it would increase. by his very nature as proscribed in the Koran, a muslim cannot be friends with a non muslim.
The aim of islam is world domination. The very fact that we are infidels makes us fair game for conquest: and our percieved weakness only encourages more aggression.
