I think another reason why I've been so down (see my phone card thread, and please let me know if you know of a good phone card!) is that I'm not exercising. I had a good month of exercise at a gym and saw some good results, but now I'm in Seoul just another two weeks (and then two weeks of traveling) and didn't want to pay the 90,000 for two weeks (one of which will be taken up studying for the final exam). In the U.S. I have a lot of nice parks near my home, and go for long, brisk walks. Are there any parks near Sogang or Shinchon where I could go (even a few subway stops away is okay)? It's hot recently but I'm getting used to that, just really need a walk! The pollution doesn't seem too bad recently, so I think being outside would do me good....
Thanks for your help!

a lot of the saunas have excercise equipment, some better than others. entrance fee only 4,000 won, so that might be an alternative. parks and mountains all over seoul and so it shouldn't be a problem. hike to the top of bulgusan -- that should get the blood flowing |

Hyochang Park, Namsan Park, walk around Gwanghwamun, Olympic Stadium, all not bad, nearby, and off the top of my head. |

Walking is so dull, and the air is so dirty.
I sit in my room watching Knight Rider re-runs and mast*rbating.
Especially that episode with the evil-twin Michael Knight. Now that's what I call a workout. |
