I have just applied for a position teaching intermediate adults at a software company.
I have been asked to submit a lesson plan and have an interview, but was unsure about what I should include in a lesson plan for intermediate level adults and was hoping you could give me some advice as most of my experience is with entry level kids!
Many thanks

You maybe should ask if they want General English, Business English or English for Special Purposes ESP. |

Adults at an intermediate level can carry on discussions but need support with new expressions and vocabulary targeted at the topic. Start with that. |

A good lesson plan should have some kind of "warm up" activity, a main lesson, and some "practice" activity. One thing to note is that they probably don't need you to introduce technical terms like computer terms. I bet there's a good chance you'll be teaching the customer service or tech support people. |
