You can't get a Visa in Taiwan. Taiwan is not an independent country. It still has ties to China. There are no consulates in Taiwain.

But "trade missions" abound ... including Korea's.

Korea--
Korea National Tourism Corporation Taipei Taiwan
Rm. 18132 18 333
Keelung Road Sec. 1
Taipei Taiwan
(02) 732-8281

These various trade missions susually handle consular matters at arm's length (UK deals with passports via Hong Kong for example).

Worth a call, but if they do handle visas, I guess it won't be in 24 hours.

Edit: beat me to it TECO - well done. Laughing
