You can't get a Visa in Taiwan. Taiwan is not an independent country. It still has ties to China. There are no consulates in Taiwain.

But "trade missions" abound ... including Korea's.

These various trade missions susually handle consular matters at arm's length (UK deals with passports via Hong Kong for example).
Worth a call, but if they do handle visas, I guess it won't be in 24 hours.
