| There are plenty of Koreans here. HanGuMal signs everywhere and the second language on the PC are HanGuMal. I feel like I'm back in Canada! |

Yes-- lots of Koreans on Boracay, the most touristy island, and probably Cebu also, as lots of packages go there. You can see them shouting at their children on the beach. It's easy to get away from them; just go to a restaurant that doesn't serve Korean food.
In Puerto Galera I didn't see any at all, just sleazy German scuba divers with rent-a-girls. You feel safer around the Koreans!
I still really liked the Philippines. Filipinos are among the nicest people I've met in Asia.

| A teacher here just read over my shoulder and saw rent- a- girl and now she thinks you / I are bad. But I was thinking of going to Pallawan it is better than Koa Toa for skin diving - or so I have read - but Koa Tao was sweet from my trip there- and I saw no Koreans ever on Koa Tao... |
