I just built my computer the other night and the hangeul button doesn't change the script to hangeul. I downloaded the Korean language pack from Microsoft's site and can view hangeul, but can't type it. Any suggestions?

Cheers,
Q~

Go to Hi-Mart and spend 8.000 won for a new keyboard. That's the easiest thing.

Right click the taskbar and check the tile enabling the language bar. Then change it to Korean.

This takes for granted that you have added Korean to the input language options in the control panel->regional and language options->languages->details. From here, one can add Korean and add the taskbar as well, also, create the hotkeys for switching between languages.

Arrg... apparently I need my XP CD to do that, and I don't have a CD ROM drive yet. Oh well, at least I know what needs to be done when I get one next week.

kprrok, it is a Korean keyboard, and it was only 6,000 won at Carrafour Smile

Thanks for the help~
