A big favor to ask here:

Does anyone still have a copy of this Friday's (Aug. 19th,2005) Joongang Daily, specifically the "J-style & Weekend" section? If you do, would you be willing to 'give' it to me? Wink In yesterday's paper, there was an article about the soccer league I play in. I'd like to have a copy or two as a souvenir. Not being a regular subscriber, I tried all the newsstands in my neighborhood, but with no luck. I've found the article on on-line, but there aren't any pics. Crying or Very sad

If you still have yesterday's paper and are willing to help me out, please send me a PM. Maybe I can meet you, or you could mail it to me. I'm more than willing to work out some sort of 'compensation'.

Thanks in advance,

Confused Canadian

Why is compensation in inverted commas? I want my 20,000 before I mail the paper, thank you very much.

Well, if you want the 500 won for the cost of the paper, and the 500 won for mailing it, I'd be glad to wire you a whopping 1,000 won. Or maybe even 2,000 won (an extra 1,000 won for time / effort) Wink .

Or, if you can think of some other kind of 'compensation' Wink , maybe we can work out a deal.

Uh, thanks, but as I stated earlier....

And as I visit the SSFL website almost daily, I'm well aware that the last pics posted were on July 23rd. No pics from the newspaper article.

Thanks to those that offered to help, but a couple of teammates were able to hook me up with copies. Very Happy

I think I've still got that paper- one of the guys on the photo looks dead like me.

Anyway, I'll check tonight and if I have then I'll pass it along.

Don't suppose anyone keeps back issues of K-Scene magazine? I'm missing a couple that I had articles in.
