I searched and couldn't find the answer so...
I can read and write Korean fine on most websites and programs... but sometimes I can't. How can I ensure I can read it all? Thanks.

Sounds like an encoding problem.
Click "view", encoding (firefox: character encoding), and select Korean.

try the encoding as suggested, but in my experience not all korean websites work well with browsers other than IE, and many do not follow conventions, such as indicating the language used Sad

Have you installed asian language support on your system? Go to Control Panel, Regional Settings and look to add the support if its not there already.

All I want to know is how to get rid of the won symbol and get my backslash symbol back. Nothing looks uglier than a bunch of won symbols in a file path.
