| They closed last week and nobody is getting their money back. I know a lot of people that are upset. Is there any way to get any part of our membership fee back? Nobody answers the phones at their corporate headquarters. |

in one regard i feel lucky that i did not put down 20,000,000 won for a lifetime membership....but still, paying any amount of money for something and not getting what you paid for in return sucks.
Could someone do a huge favor and call some of the #'s from the website and see if there is any way for a refund from the other branches.

When a place goes bankrupt, they don't issue refunds to individual consumers unless you were to file a motion during their bankruptcy proceedings.
Even then you would be about 5th in line for funds. That's how it works in Canada, from what I remember in finance class. |

Call the local Gu office and launch a complaint. They are the ones in charge of handing out a business license.
You can also contact the tax office in your Gu. They might be of some help as well. |
