| The Bridge of San Luis Rey this year with de Niro, Kathy Bates, Gabriel Byrne, Harvey Keitel and F. Murray Abraham? It's one of my favorite novels. "It's been a while since a well-heeled movie has botched a classic novel as badly as the new version of "The Bridge of San Luis Rey," which has been dropped into the summer lineup out of absolutely nowhere with an all-star cast and surprisingly good production values. " How disappointing. |

Nope, this is the first I've heard of it. How can you make a movie with a cast like that and no one is talking about it, good or bad? 
EDIT: According to IMDB, it was released last year. Didn't hear about it then either.
