I started working last Friday. Since then, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I've had 4 more or less complete changes in my job description. We are averaging 1 a day. The low number seems to be the result of not having had more school days in which to make changes.
Besides that, in spite of meeting 2 groups 4 times a week each, none of the classes is at the same time. For example, one group meets at 10:30, 1:10, 8:30 and 2:20. I cannot imagine having tried to make this schedule.
The one positive I've found so far--classes are only 50 minutes long. They could have been longer. |
