Being a small town boy myself, I went appliance shopping here in my little burg because I know how small town shop owners feel about keeping the money at home. So the other day I went in to LG and looked at the catalog and chose a nice stove so I can get off my diet of sandwiches and salad and back on to hot food.
Well, the delivery man just brought my stove, and it isn't exactly a stove. I'm not sure what it is. It does have 4 burners on top and a door in front. But when you open the door there are no racks to back bread or casseroles on. There is however a semi-circular space with a round rotating tray that looks suspiciously like a microwave. I don't think it even looks like the little picture that I pointed at. Even if it is what I pointed at, it isn't what I want.
So the question is, can people exchange something big like this because of someone's mistake (mine or theirs)?

My experience K shops have no problems with exchanging stuff. You just need a K person to do the explaining for you.
This is not what I ordered, there must have been some mistake, I'd like to return it and get a different one. Sorry.
As for how to do it, first have someone explain to the shop what happened over the phone, hopefully they'll send a delivery guy to pick it up (repack it in it's original box and wrappings) go to the shop in person find the oven you want and make sure it's all that what you expect.
Good luck! |
