| i have been here for about 3 weeks now and i know i am not doing my body any favors with the kind of food i am consuming... any reccomendations on cheap and healthy food? back in the US i would eat organic PB&Js and drink lots of skim milk for fiber and protein, take a multi-vitamin and eat fruits and veggies whenever they were offered or i had a hankering... but over here finding a multigrain bread hasn't been very easy... also most commercial peanut butters have lard as a main ingredient... so organic is my preference... please help... |

I'm a longtime vegan and have never heard this... Does it say so on the labels? |

mutigrain bread is available from a lot of bakeries in Seoul, I suppose you just have to look aroud. You can get pre-cooked rice with multigrains mixed in, or buy various different grains to mix up with your ordinary white/brown rice.
In every convenience store I've been into they have cow's milk as well as vegemilk, soy milk, sweet potato milk (tastes better than you might expect), sesame milk.
Fruit and vegetables are everywhere, you might not get the ones you want but potatoes, carrots, spring onions, various mushrooms, lots of salad leaves, tomatoes, onions, oranges, apples, grapes, melons etc. etc. Tofu is everywhere, in various different forms- I don't really understand what the problem is |

No, the OP is wrong.
However, it would be nice to find peanut butter sans hydrogenated vegetable oil & corn syrup. |
