How much does a new cell phone battery cost? Can I buy one at a KTF shop? Will they have one for my old Anycall phone (so old it doesn't have a color screen)?

You can get new cell phone online for about the same amount you'd pay for a new battery. All you need to do is switch providers. You get to keep your old number, too.

I got a new battery for my old phone at technomart. There is an office/shop on the 4th floor (I believe). If you go up the elevator (main elevator , not the one by the escalators), it is on the right side, as you walk out into the shops. It is a after service shop which has all "dated" accessories for phones. Can't remember the name. Cost me about 20,000 for a new battery.

Sorry I can't be so precise but hope this helps. There also is a KTF office on the same floor and someone there who speaks English and can help. Office is down the hall on your left as you exit the elevator.

I use KT but in the past when I needed a new battery I just dropped by which ever shop I was closest to and asked for one. I showed them my phone and they gave me a battery gratis - of course the phone was an older model so there wasn't much market left on the batteries anyhow.

This happened twice with two different phones at two different shops.
