Don't know much about what you're looking for...
...but, there are a couple of shops across from Lotte Hotel/Department Store...the small road that goes towards the cop shop.
...or...you might find what you're after in the electronics market in Myuhng-nyoon Dong...I'm pretty sure that they sell more than just computers there. (just say "Myuhng-nyoon dong, juhn-jah-shi-jang/lan-duh" to a taxi driver if you have trouble finding it)
...or...Ga-ya Computer...again, they have much more than just computers in that place. (I think it's kind of across from Homeplus - walking distance from the subway stop, but I forget whether the Gaya stop or the Dong-eui stop is better)
...there's also a small electronics market area in Suh-myuhn, just before Migliore on the right side of the street...kind of at the main intersection. I haven't really walked through the place, but if you explore, you might find something there.
...another electronics market in the Boo-juhn area, near the (old?) train station and veggie/fruit market. Bunch of big, ugly green warehouse type buildings there with all kinds of different shops that you can go though. Look for them on your left when you go up the street from Suh-myuhn towards city hall, past the Korea Foreign Exchange Bank(maybe a ten- or fifteen-minute walk?) |

| No problem. Like I said, I ain't no pro with the stuff you're looking for, but I think you may have a chance of finding something you want at one of those places if you do lots of looking around. I can't remember where exactly, but it was somewhere in Seoul that I stumbled upon a place that was store after store and floor after floor of guitars, drums, keyboards, sound systems, and other a/v stuff. I at least know that it wasn't either of the two most famous places. Anyway, best of luck and don't be too disappointed if you can't find something in the first place you look - I think Myuhng/Myung/Myeong Nyoon/Ryun Dong(however they romanize it) might be your best bet. It's on line one of the subway, near Dong-nae. In Korean it's . |

Have never found much for musical instruments in Busan. If you happen to be in Seoul, head to Insadong, and toward the end of the main market section turn left. There's a giant, ugly concrete building with two stories of musical instruments. It's candyland.
