Does anyone know the KT phone number that you call when you have an internet problem and you get an English speaker who walks you through the problem by telling you step-by-step what to do? They had one last year but right now, all my Korean sources are telling me a phone number that turns off at 6PM.
Grrrr! (This is the feeling after 1 1/2 hours of trying to get on-line.) |
