I just heard that this exec, working for a big company, was on a flight to London on Korean Air and he wasn't drunk, I repeat he wasn't drunk and he took off his shoes and socks (usual thing for Koreans). Then he went into the kitchen and got the drinking water and washed his feet with it and he splashed the water to other passangers. Then he threw his socks on the food cart and poured onto the coffee cart. After this the staff finally had enough of him and locked him in a bunker type room where he proceeded to takes of his clothes and peed!

Now he is in London, under arrest and in a mental hospital. Interesting. Wonder what made him snap?

I'm guessing the flight didn't carry those 3-in-1 coffee mix things.

What oh what could be wrong with this poor fellow. How dare we butthole westerners judge him for stripping naked and peeing. Sheesh for real its just a manfestation of his years of pent up rage regarding his relationship with his Grandmother's gimchee jar.

Seriously folks he should be let out to roam the streets of London, he will be ok.

Oh indeed, indeed. I've no doubt he'll get along just fine. The museums, the galleries, the palaces, shopping, maybe take in a few shows -- there's so much to do & see in London for your average sockless, naked, peeing Korean business executive. Smile

Remember the American woman executive? She started having open sex with the stranger in the seat right next to her on some international flight. And she wasn't drunk.

No. I don't remember that. Where was she seated? Up in Monkey-Business Class?

Man, the drug problem in this country is just out of control.

Jongnoguru- is your avatar photoshopped? I'm going to get nightmares about that kid. He reminds me of Chuckie...

Periwinkle --

No, it is not photoshopped. At least not by me. This is the form and condition it was in when I received it from the North Korean operatives. Whatever alterations or enhancements they may have done in Pyongyang to improve the Future Leader's natural good looks, I cannot say.

Oh, here's as good a place as any, I guess. I've received several messages about that avatar and the comment under it, mostly negative and a couple bordering on irrate. I'm allegedly poking fun at Koreans... or English teachers... or gyopos.... or baby-avatars... or as one poster surmised, children with incurable diseases. Confused Or maybe all of the above. (Saddest line: 'What happened, Guru? I thought you were better than this!" Sad )

The fact is, I've no idea as to the origin of that photo. Just something bouncing around the Net that somebody sent me in a joke email. The comment about burger-flippers, though, that bit is personal in a way. I created it for a thread where posters were "burger-flippering" and "trailer park trashing" each other, and that comment with that photo seemed to capture the spirit of the discussion.

Actually, the comment is directed at nobody but myself. I've never been paid to flip a burger on a grill, nor have I worked for a fast-food restaurant before. But I was as a prep cook (they didn't let me near the ovens) for an independent restaurant when I was younger. I worked alongside people more experienced and older than I was, people who you knew would be at those jobs, at basically those wages, for most of their working careers. And, my financial and family circumstances at the time being what they were, there was no guarantee that I wouldn't end up joining them. Hardly a fate worse than death, but not something I nor my parents were overly pleased with.

So that comment below my avatar, it's really not intended to wind posters up. (much!) It's mainly something for me to glance at and smile at. I'll be changing it again soon, though, is I fear the photo is starting to lose its shock value.

I'm very angry at the burger flipper comment I Have a Degree in Eng Ed and Have never worked at A Burger Joint. My great fat brain has been fed by the death of a thousand slain beef cows, and my bloated ever hungry belly sated by the sweat of hard pressed burger girls both Korean and American and ahhh all those other countries wherein I indulged my carnal lust for fat slavering juicy whoppers and cheese. If you feel sorry I think you should get me a ticket to seoul and offer to buy me some burgers, and appoint a group of Kangnam kids to see to my lodgings.

As to the Korean fellow welll I think he is a charming fellow other than the unkind remarks and tripping which was mean. But come on now who here has not felt it would be a relaxing pleasure to get some fresh water dosed on da dogs. Further, I think he must have only wanted to feel loved it's obvious that somewhere in his life he felt hurt and unloved he is 48 and maybe not quite the buff boy of old his time is fading and he feels like London will not welcome him in its famous rubber disco dance clubs. On occasion I too get a bit sad thinking how stinky my feet are and knowing that I have failed to gain complete rulership over all Korea. It now seems unlikely as well and given the weather and global sea rise I fear the world I was to have might not be perfectible. Crying or Very sad
