I'm missing a pair. Does anyone have any experience with losing stuff between the washer barrel and the side? There seems to be enough space there to lose a sock or some underwear....can anyone confirm this?? |

Yes, you can lose things there. If you have a used washer, you can find other people's stuff in there. I once bought a used washer that didn't work. Called the shopkeeper who came to repair it. He found five socks (none matched) and nearly 20,000 won in coins. Oh yeah, and enough lint to fill those socks and then some. |

Maybe that's where all my missing socks and underwear are going... until now, I thought there was a minature black hole in my washer and they were being sucked into a parallel universe. Wait a sec... if Korean plumbing can't handle toilet paper, it sure as hell can't dispose of my sh*t-stained gonch.
Dan,
To get the lint out, just hold it over the edge of your balcony and shake. |

There should be a little door situated near the floor at the front of your machine. |

And don't open that door unless you have a towel handy for wiping up all the water that comes rushing out.
I tried opening that little door once, looking for the lint trap. Got a bunch of stuff wet that I didn't want wet and didn't find any lint. I've decided to consider myself a naturally lint-free person and therefore, my clothes have no lint, so my machine doesn't have lint that needs to be taken out. It's either that or eventually tear the thing apart on a wild lint chase. |

One of my Uncles used to steal panties off peoples clothes lines.
Got thrown out of the Air Force for it.
He was a strange man.
Have you asked him where they are? |
