US Tightens Travel Restrictions
Koreans heading to the United States will next month be allowed to enter the country only after providing the addresses of where they intend to stay before boarding. The act will take effect at midnight on Oct. 4.
The regulation will also be applied to U.S. territories, including Guam and Saipan. People with U.S. citizenship or those with connecting flights at a U.S. airport within eight hours will be exempted from the regulation.

Well, this makes me feel more secure. I'll bet the people formerly of New Orleans are so glad that homeland security is doing its job.
