You'd be tempted to stay? Really?
You should have that looked at by a doctor, it could very well be terminal. |

if you lived in seoul, you would pretty much have to stay because you'd be dead, right? |

Your job, house, the corner video rental store, and most everything would be blown up and radioactive. You'd be burned witnessing a whole lot of gore and suffering.
Do you play a lot of Xbox or PlayStation2 to be so blase to think war is a sofa sitting event to enjoy voyeuristically, out of curiousity?
Is this the X-box generation speaking? Yikes.
Oh, yeah, and you'd probably have one eyeball hanging out, haha. |

They only have a few small nukes and these would be aimed at US military bases (with enough accuracy that they might miss by a bit, but not miles). If I were in the Seoul area I'd be much more worried about chemical and biological weapons.
As for me, I'd stay, not that I'd have much choice. It would be crazy, but just think of the job opportunities immediately afterward. |

What job opportunities? Rebuilding Seoul? There wouldn't be much demand for English teaching if North Korea did attack. They don't need nukes to flatten Seoul. They have more than enough artillery over on the other side of the DMZ to do the job. After North Korea was beaten, which would take some time, South Korea's economy would be greatly weakened. They'd need to spend a lot of time rebuilding their ecomony and not a lot of time or cash to spend on frills such as English teachers. |

Nukes aren't you're big worry, NK has enough long range artillary pointed at Seoul and surrounding areas that it could obliterate the entire city in less than 20 minutes, that is a little known fact. And if they did take over you wouldn't want to stay, my uncle worked for 9 months in the North building houses for generals and even though he was treated like a king amongst men, he said it was awful, makes most african countries look like western europe. |
