When do the uni's begin hiring again ???

The next uni session begins in March. That means they will begin hiring around December. To be safe, start checking the ads in November.

It never hurts to be proactive. If there is a particular university you are interested in, consider sending them a resume now.

University hiring season goes from mid-October to mid-december wtih a short burst in late january early February.

it happens again in late April to mid June and with a short burst at the beginning of August.
