|
|
I've heard BitTorrent is supposed to be the best way, so I just finished installing it. However, when I go to the search page linked through the BitTorrent FAQ and type in a movie name, almost every link doesn't work.
What do other people use? When I've been to PC bangs I'd often see people watching movies they apparently just downloaded. Of course, those all have Korean subtitles, which I actually prefer if anyone knows how to aim specifically for translated movies.
Any advice would be largley, terrifically, fantastically, humbly, graciously and obsequiously accepted!
Cheers,
Q~ |

This thread should answer some of your questions:

I don't know about finding movies with Korean subtitles. I haven't really sought them out. I have been able to find a couple Korean movies with English subtitles though by doing a broad search for "Korean movies" on a couple of the sites listed in the above thread and then wading through all the porn that comes up. |

I am using bittornado. There are some good sites out there that are remarkably quick. |

You need a ֹεϹȣ (Residence registration number).
I'd download bitcomet.com and make sure you open the correct ports in the XP SP2 firewall and your router (if you use one). |

here's a clubbox account where you can download american tv shows... no need for a korean id to download
http://clubbox.co.kr/mulder (just enter 0726 to get in)
http://clubbox.co.kr/sun4369 (for movies)
check the files that you want to download... click on the "download" button (it's in korean) and install the program... that's it |

Just a heads up but the Korean media outlets are starting to crack down on this kind of thing. |

seriously.
Anyone remember the 'backdoor' sites ages ago? The ones that would open infinite pop-up windows...you could never close them...all for programs that were apparently supported by the mafia or something.
I used to see backdoors to the mcaffe ftp and get my AV. Long, long time ago...
FOSI anyone? |

I try to download stuff but instead of being prompted to install a program, it asks for a login and pw which I of course don't have. Ideas? |
