Would anybody be interested in another Daegu/Daegu Area Get-Together sometime soon? Chuseok is next weekend, so that may be a good time for some but a bad time for others.

How about Saturday the weekend of September 17? Anybody interested? Would anybody prefer a better time or suggest a good place?

That would be great, except it is Chuseok weekend, so anyone out of town may have a hard time getting here.

Yeah... Chuesok is impossible. That road between Daegu and Ulsan takes a good four and a half hours when the traffic backs up.

Right near the number one interchange.

Hi there, the movie over? I have some chive seeds for you.

Oh, yeah, the get together. That weekend also gives out of towners a chance to plan ahead. Wink

One week is a little short notice, isn't it. How about the 25th, as Desultude says then?

I'm in. I'm not going away for the long weekend, so the 17th is good for me, but since I have no life, I'm free the next weekend, too.

How about a picnic in Apsan Park?

Duryu Park is better IMO. Will the new line 2 be open by the 25th? It will run right by the park.

Tons of bars and norae bangs downtown. I recommend Club That, on the main street you cross before walkinng over to the downtown library.

Could be a better idea to wait until Line 2 opens just for novelties' sake.

Also, there's the Korean class at the YMCA downtown that I imagine a few posters on the board are taking. I recommend meeting in the afternoon as the class finishes at 1pm.

I might be in a similar position. Actually the Monday I've sorta been invited somewhere, so the weekend (or the next one) could work.

I will start hitchiking Friday before sunrise. Actually I think I can come via bus from Ansan. Maybe.
