Is this inquiry for real?
Without a visa for your first job, youre already working illegally & subject to fines & deportation. You need to go to Japan like yesterday.
Once thats done, you apply to immigration here for permission to do your 2nd job. An open bank account is another big can of worms but deal with the basics first.
Youre on thin ice. |

For your banking concerns.
As far as I know, you need an ARC to open a bank account. So, no visa, no ARC, no bank account. |

Any advice would be much appreciated!(constructive advice!!) |
OK, here's some advice. Maintain a level of professionalism. That means, don't work (in any country!) illegally. Don't give away the keys to your apartment or your bank account to anybody. If you have some standards of ethics that you can point to, nobody will ever whine to you "why don't you truuuu-uuust me?".
You've gotten into a situation where you are working illegally, working illegally some more, and allowing your boss free access to your bank account. Now that you've compromised your integrity, if you back out of it (which you MUST do at this point) you're going to hurt your relationship with the boss by openly demonstrating that you don't trust him/her, and you'll have to risk your job and your status in Korea. Don't get in this type of situation again! Live and learn, ok? |

In response to some of the replies, it was not my intention to work illegally. I am in the process of getting the paperwork done in order to go to Japan for the E2.
My question was about working at the additional place, as well as the request for another bank account. I have not opened another account for the directors use.
Thank you. |

Sounds like you are ski-roood as far as getting paid for that second job.
You can't legally collect the money either, you can't open a bank account without an E2.
Tell this to your director as simply and as clearly as you can make it.
The only way around this is if they pay you cash, which I'm sure they will not do. It may be that your director had no clue about this, but I doubt it.
I suspect he was planning to scam you all along.
Get your E2 and then get permission to work at the second location. I don't know if you can do that all at the same time or not. I've never done it. Until you do it, you have no legal ground to stand on. |
