|
|
Hi,
Being here only a month, I realize that I want to be able to communicate at least a little bit in Korean. It is frustrating to not be able to talk to the dunkin donut lady!! But, seriouly, I am looking to learn basic Korean and also Korean characters. Is there a school or place I can learn Korean for a small fee or for language exchange? I am looking to take classes probably on Saturdays. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the information. |

Hi there
I just started free Korean classes in Seoul. They are held near Sookmyong Women's University on line Number 4 of the subway.
Here is a link to their website which has a map on it aswell. http://myhome.naver.com/tartan/menu0.php
Class time is Saturday 4.30-6.00
Maybe I'll see you there!

There's also I-house near Ewha Womans University. It's kind of hard to find (or give accurate directions), but it's near a bright green sign on one of the back streets around the corner from that "Voodoo" store. It's a nice place. I'll look around for the number.
Also, the Korea Foundation Cultural Center has free classes:
