Re: subway station - Yes I think so.. I can't remember as I went last year and it was so early!
Re: Which exit - just look at the area map at the station and each exit number has a list of which places you can go to.

It's about 5minutes' walk from the subway station, and it pays to get there a little earlier than the stated time because the buses fill up fast!

It was a good enough tour. I went in April.
Met some good Westerners on the trip and had a good time. Watch the trip to the third tunnel if you are taller than 5'6. It's a ten minute walk with your back bent.
