Hello Forum Skype-Out users,
I would love to be able to use SkypeOut to call from Seoul to America and Thailand. But when I tried to purchase my Skype account time, my Visa card transaction just hangs and never gets completed. I contacted the Skype Users Forum and found that Skype does not accept credit card transactions from Korea. It is a US credit card, but they identify the country by the IP address and all of Korea is on the 'fraud' list.
How do you other users buy the Skype-out time?

| I set mine up from here in Korea, but used UK plastic and UK address. |

| I bought it about a month ago using an international card from a Korean bank, and used my Korean address too. |

| My Korean GF uses Skype all the time for business and tops it up using her Hana bank credit card. Maybe there is a problem with your internet service providers security history. Try a top up in a PC bang. |
