| We have been told that immigration have our original sealed transcripts on file. We have been teaching at the school for three months. Do you think the Director is lying? Do immigration hold transcripts once the E-2 vias has been issued? |

| They return degrees but not transcripts as far as I know. |

i've seen immigration keeping the transcripts and i've also seen immigration returning the transcripts.
you should always think that immigration is going to keep the transcripts. and if you apply for another E2 at another school, YES, you'll need another set because immigration won't use the one that is on file. |
