Ok people of Ansan (and anyone else interested in a good ol' fashioned BBQ)! I've postponed this thing long enough - so it's on - for good this time!!!

Saturday, Oct. 1st, from 1pm until whenever...

Bring booze, bring a side dish (salad, munchies, dessert, ...) and I'll provide the BBQ stuff (burgers, sausages, chicken).

BBQ to be held on the roof of my building. I live behind Hanyang University's campus in Sa2-dong, near the Suwon Bon Kalbi Restaurant. Easiest route is from Handae-ap Station, Maeul bus #4, or contact me via pm for more info... I'm available to pick people up at the station if need be.

Come one come all!!! It's gonna be a grand old time!!!!

I am in Hanson...as well as our little donkey friend. I will try to be just as juiced as I was last time and if that isn't enough to get people interested then you have no idea what you are missing!

Update!

Several posters have expressed interest in the BBQ (contrary to spidey's belief) and several of my co-workers will also be there. It promises to be a great time!

All you need to bring is some booze and a side dish of your choice, I'm going shopping for BBQ stuff (burgers, sausages, chicken) tomorrow. I'm also thinking that we can check out the bar in Jung-ang run by Vaughn in the evening for a wind down...

Alrighty then,

Hopefully Mother Nature got it all out of Her system today, but the forecast calls for showers tomorrow. Sad

No matter! The BBQ goes on as planned! Should it rain, we'll BBQ on the roof under an umbrella and bring the food inside, where we can hang out, chit chat, eat and drink.

I just went to buy the makings for the BBQ, and we got us some burgers, sausages, chicken, munchies and a few veggies.

Once again, pm me for info on how to get to my place, I am able to pick people up at the subway station if need be.

It's stopped raining here (for now...), but even if it starts raining again, we're going ahead with it!

i lived in ansan 2 years and there was a good social scene there. glad to see it continues. i'd come but its a long way from busan.

Well, the BBQ went off without a hitch! The rainclouds were threatening, but after about 10 am or so, the rain Gods held off for us to enjoy some good BBQ food and a few beers!

Thanks to those who came out and we'll see if we can't have another BQ in the spring.

yeah Ill definitely be at the next one. Couldnt come to this one cos my mum and sis are are here but Ill most definitely be there with balls on at the next bbq installment
