Yeah. Dragon Bar has a rep as an expat hang out. It used to be a bit of a bar for Canadians and Canadian sympathizers. They seem to have taken down the Canadian paraphernalia, however.

I'm not much of a bar fly and don't go to bars to pick up women so most of what the user was saying wouldn't affect my life. They have some nice nachos.

If you mean bars that smile at you when you walk in and treat you and your friends with respect, then lots in Nowon. I have always favoured the outddor BBQ chicken places behing Korean exchange bank. Also sky hof on the 6th floor beside line 4 is good. Actually quite a friendly palce in general. If you are looking for other white people... no idea, ive lived here too long to worry about them anymore.
