Lately, all of a sudden, my credo has become: Be Good To Yourself.


By that I mean, that I will eat healthy, exercise, take time off for quiet reflection and not over-plan my day in such a way that I rush around like a squirrel in a cage. Allow myself some time to sit at a picturesque cafe and gently sip fragrant coffee and savour a delectable creamy Napoleon pastry! Laughing

Wish were in Paris now! Cool
