| I believe you have the sender mark the package gift, and also taking the product out of it's original packaging, removing tags from new clothes, stuff like that gets around the tax. |

I had a similar question... i'm moving to Korea in 2 weeks, and want to have my family send a couple sea-mail boxes of my stuff after I find an apartment. Any idea if customs will put charges on miscellaneous personal items - clothes, stuff for apartment, books? Should they be marked "gift" or just labeled as personal effects?
Thanks! |

| Just go with gift and personal effects. Anyway, what are the chances they'll open up the box? |
