I go to a place near Paldalmun, Suwon. It's called Beautiplex (painted bright pink) and Sae-Hee Kang always does a quick and painless job. She doesn't work on Sundays or Tuesdays.

Dashing Diva near the food court in COEX does waxing. I've had eyebrows and legs done there. Make sure you ask for lucy (forgot her Korean name) as she's the best there.
