I've accepted a job at a camp, and they want me to Fed-Ex them a couple copies of the contract that I have signed. However, doesn't it make more sense for them to send me a contract copy that they signed, so that I can save time and money and just send all of the following to the Consulate in Canada? I forget how the process works and it's hard to google a clear answer. Any tips and or things to keep in mind are welcome.

A C4 reguires (according to the consulate webiste in Canada):

1) Completed visa application form
2) Employment contract
3) Company Registration form
4) Certificate of life-time education facility
5) Camp Schedule
6) Original Degree
7) One recent passport-type colour photo
Cool Passport with remaining validity of at least 6 months
9) Cdn$39.00 visa fee
10) Flight itinerary
11) Sealed Transcript
