Play "simon says", but use the word "please" instead. I use this one at least once a week. The implied message is that if you don't say please, then it doesn't happen. |

I just incorporate it into my lessons anyway. Whenever I give any handouts I ask how many? And the students must say _____ please. Then I don't let go of the paper until they say thank you. I see my boys once a week, and within a few weeks I didn't have to prompt them. |

I did like CLG too... just make sure YOU use it whenever you ask for something or give something out.. kids learn from you. |
