His parents have been divorced for 14 years. Now they are fighting over where he should be laid to rest because he forgot to make internment arrangements in writing. His sister claims he had discussed with her that he would have loved to be burried in Korea because it was his favorite place, but his father wants him burried in Oklahoma, and his mother wants his remains in California.

Any of you know if this has been reported in the Korean media? |

I was thinking the same thing. Cremate the poor guy and divided his ashes in three. One each for Oklahoma, California, and Korea. |

Just for the record: Solomon never actually divided the baby. He just made like he was going to do so, then watched to see which woman's cries of anguish seemed more sincere. |

As I remember it he granted the baby to the mother who begged not to harm it, even if the other one got to keep it. |

You're quite likely correct about that. Thanks. |

A few months ago the issue was what should be done when a person enters a vegetative state. Here is an issue of what to do with the remains. These things should be settled in a standard written form by everyone when you get your drivers license (or some other specific time).
These family tragedies should not be ending up in the courts. |
