Due to the absurdedy of recent events, I Have decided to create a blog. After doing some research I discovered that Blogger is the best. However it loads in Korean:
1)IS blogger the best FREE one?
2)How do I get in English language? |

Don't know much about blogging. Wife uses Blogger, though. From what I see of her site, it works fine. I helped her with cutomizing her template. Fairly straightforward if you know the HTML and whatnot.
When she logs in at blogger.com it's always in English. Is that the URL you're using to get to it? |

I think it has something to do with your version of Windows. I log into my blog at school and its in Korean (K windows) at home, with English windows its in English.
Dunno how to change it though. |

| Livejournal.com is great too. It has some excellent ways of linking up people via friends lists and communities. |

It's because of the default language encoding the computer uses. IE: View / Encoding / ...
http://www.xanga.com is free and popular, but not in multiple languages, so it is only in english. |
