Yep. I did it.

I'm just back from an excellent honeymoon at Club Paradise in Palawan, Philipines. Highly recommended resort BTW if you don't require a pumping nightlife.

Anyway, we had a very nice and slightly funny ceremony at Namsan Yaesulwon (it's a cute little wedding garden plus 'food hall' on the slopes of Namsan) which was well attended by all the people I care about in Korea. It was nice to have the ceremony outdoors and in a slightly less-than-urban surrounding.

I guess a lot of people there had a laugh or two at me trying to be formal and bowing where needed. When the MC guy gave me and her a glass of champagne and said "love shot!", I thought he said "one shot!", and drained the glass!! As well as looking faintly ridiculous in overly quaffed hair and 3 inch heels.

As for Dave's people....thanks for coming,

Bobster (the Best Man in many ways!)
Zyzyfer
Toby (can I say his name?)
Gang Ah Gee
Lawyertoad (I got cigars for you)
Paper Tiger (he's big. You can't miss him)
Butterfly

Captain Kirk? I'll catch up with you another time.

Okay. Enough yakking. Here's the pics.....

That's just a couple of the quick snaps by my sister-in-law.

Congrats, Eamo. Where was the resort in Palawan? I loved it there. Sabang and El Nido were first class.

Congratulations, Eamo. You make a fine couple.

Hopefully we can finally put to bed those rumours of your homosexuality.

My missus sends her regards.

Well done, Eamonn. All the best to your new wife and yourself. I hope you've a blessed life together. I particularly like how you got a balance in the guest smile ratio. Our wedding photos look like half the crowd's at a funeral and the other a bunch of grinning eejits. Well done. Top stuff. I see Zyz is on the Korean side. When'll you take the plunge, Zyzyfer?

Your sister-in-law looks a lot like your wife. I noticed that half the wedding. The other half I noticed the bubbles.

But seriously, it was a pleasure to be there to see it, eamo. I owe you a Guinness or three next time we meet in a place with Guinesses. I nearly wept to lose a friend to marriage, but I also nearly wept to gain a married friend. Congrats.
