Law Schools to Be Introduced by 2008
To date, South Korea has educated legal experts by training only those who have already passed the bar exam at the Judicial Research and Training Center. "The current system fails to link the education in law and the legal system, and the universities find it hard to provide sufficient education in the field," a ministry official said.
