I've got a couple of tax questions:

1) Do I have to file a tax return myself every year? I've never had to before but my school told me I had to this year.

2) Many of my Korean friends and coworkers are telling me that I can get tax refunds/deductions for any purchase (cash or credit card) if I register on-line at the tax website but I can't find it on the English site. Does anyone know about this? Apparently it is a new law that just came in late this year to give people tax deductions for cash purchases too.

3) I remember reading several Dave's bods had gotten credit cards recently. Does anyone know where to go to get a Samsung Card? I tried the internet but couldn't find an English part. I don't know where to go to get it in person.

Any enlightenment would be much appreciated. Thanks
