I have been trying here in Canada to get the limit upped on my Royal Bank Visa just for emergencies. However, because I have a large student loan and haven't been working this summer, I don't qualify. They told me to overpay my visa, but that only gives me an extra 1000.00.
I saw a thread here awhile ago about it being hard to get a visa in Korea. Anyone have any info about what I need, where to go, and what to do in order to get a Korean Visa? |

| What about a MasterCard from Nong-hyup? It only took me a week to get mine. One form, no hassles. |

| If you work at a hoggie, it is very difficult to get a credit card in korea. if you are a university "professor" (ha, ha, ha!), they will give you a credit/debit thingie at the bank. |
