you are close to chamsil, so shinchan is good for drinking!
you got bundang on the otherside of you which is a nice place to live, parks, also seongnam it self has a good nightlife with locals.. even a redlight district if you have quiet nights hahahaha
namhansanseong is also close by for a sunday afternoon..
good location- but will find yourself traveling to get to places to hang with foreigners but not so far..
many foreigners in bundang, suji and there are buses to anyang, seoul goodluck. |

| seongnam is a city of two very different area. You have bungdang, which is about 450,000 in population and always increasing. It is where the middle to upper middle class live, apartment blocks as far as the eyes can see. Really beautiful in many ways, the sea of buildings. The other seongnam is also equally new in its expansion, but it is where, after they kicked the famers off the land to make bungdang, the government relocated them to. Mostly Ju-teks (houses, (not considered desirable) and villas (low rise building for housing, and can be very nice) It has grown more so than bungdang with an influx of people looking cheaper housing who have been priced out of the apartment housing market. The total population is about 980,000. |

| As already said, it's all down to whether you will be in Seongnam City or, the new development, Bundang-gu. They are chalk and cheese. |
