And all over the place, although not as orange as they ideally should be. But carvable.

On this topic, does anyone know a reliable source for pumpkin pie filling and evaporated milk in Pusan? I'm down to only one can of pumpkin, so Thanksgiving will be OK, but Christmas is fast approaching...and I like to make pumpkin bread all year round.

A 15 oz. can is $5.42 on www.expatexpress.com. I just checked for you(did a search under "pumpkin" in their general grocery store). I recently ordered from them, and I received the order within a week. They have an amazing selection.

One more thing- I carve pumpins every year, but if you keep them inside your classroom, they rot in a few days.

They call everything a pumpkin here in Korea - even squash!

Have you tried soaking them overnight in a bucket of cold water? That helps re-hydrate them.

And thanks for the pumpkin pie info.
