Does Hi-Mart take returns?

I bought a wifi system that was a total piece of shit.

First of all, they told me it would have English instructions. It doesn't. Second, it only worked from a distance of about 2 meters or less. It worked fine, then. If I got further away than that, it would take a full minute to access the web pages.

This is when it was working.

Avoid I-link for wifi. Cheap overpriced garbage.

Based on what I've learned, I'd avoid home wifi alltogether.
