I'm no professional, just a guy who's been playing guitar a few years and who would really like to jam with others.

I play guitar predominantly. Anybody who wants to jam on a weekend, drop me a line.

there's a bluesjam every Wednesday at the Big Electric Cat in Itaewon (behind the Hamilton Hotel). All are free to join in and play. It starts up around 9:30.

Good ol' fruitcake, always the first to respond on these music threads.

Btw, once I finish my class in December I hope to start playing again. Not that you should look forward to it, cause I've probably lost any skill I acquired last year...

They do some casual low-key acoustic jamming at the Orange Tree in Haebangchon - 2nd floor, almost across from Phillies.

I think it happens on Wednesdays, not sure. Anyone gone? I just know the owner has looked a wreck a few times I've gone in, saying that a small group were in playing all night - and smiling at the fact that they like to drink while they play.

The owner wants to encourage more stuff like this - more so after he renovates to create some more space.
