Hi all,
I hope you help me with this quick one - I've searched the site and can't quite find answer I'm looking for
I've sorted out my visa stuff and arrive in Korea this Monday and I'm bring my laptop with me, as well as a digital camera (both UK products).
What adaptor/s do I need to get before I arrive to make sure they both work on Korean wall sockets?
If it helps, the laptop brick part says input is 100-240V and the output 19V
The camera brick part says input is 100-240V and the output says 5.3V
If any of you from the UK could help that would be great
Cheers |

Hi.....
You will just need to to get yourself a new leed that runs from the power brick to the wall socket, thats what i did when i bought my laptop over. You can get an adapter to fit the end of the plug but i found it easier to just get the new cable. They only cost a couple of pound and there are millions (...maybe not literally) of places that sell them.
Hope that helps... |

Fret not, you'll have no problem. You can either do as NHIW says, or you can buy two continental adaptors or, simpy cut the UK plugs off and install continental earthed. |
